I wasn’t real happy with my service. I received a coupon for a $99.00 Full Synthetic oil change, lube job, tire rotation, and safety inspection. I told Mr. Clay I didn’t need a tire rotation or brake inspection because I just got new tires and wheels recently. Within 30 minutes my pickup was done. I was surprised it was done so fast. There is no way the tech could have gave me a safety inspection and lube job and the oil change that fast. When I paid and went out to my pick up I looked at the upper ball joints and tie rod ends and they had not been greased on both sides. I used Dow Lewis for many years and this is the worst service I ever received from your business.

Every time I have called for an appointment, the Service Dept. answers right away and my appointment is made as soon as they can get me in. I have always has great customer service when I am there. This past appointment was for a oil change and to check the engine light, and I believe it was Rich who took care of the oil change, the problem with the engine light, got the parts and I was on the road again the next day. He also helped me save some money. Thank you!
