I wasn’t real happy with my service. I received a coupon for a $99.00 Full Synthetic oil change, lube job, tire rotation, and safety inspection. I told Mr. Clay I didn’t need a tire rotation or brake inspection because I just got new tires and wheels recently. Within 30 minutes my pickup was done. I was surprised it was done so fast. There is no way the tech could have gave me a safety inspection and lube job and the oil change that fast. When I paid and went out to my pick up I looked at the upper ball joints and tie rod ends and they had not been greased on both sides. I used Dow Lewis for many years and this is the worst service I ever received from your business.

Came in for leaf spring repair due to truck bed flex noise. Issues still present and actually worse. This is the 3rd or 4th time trying to resolve issue. Wondering why the truck was not test driven to validate fix?

Every time I have called for an appointment, the Service Dept. answers right away and my appointment is made as soon as they can get me in. I have always has great customer service when I am there. This past appointment was for a oil change and to check the engine light, and I believe it was Rich who took care of the oil change, the problem with the engine light, got the parts and I was on the road again the next day. He also helped me save some money. Thank you!

Wednesday I arrived at 8am,helped myself to a donut and coffee, settled in to do two crossword puzzles,and when I finished the 2nd puzzle John said said You are go to go.so I paid my bill took a bag of popcorn and three candy suckers for my wife and I was gone. GREAT SERVICE!
